In life everything is about relationships. And so it is in business and working as an entrepreneur. An unhealthy and unclear relationship with your team members blocks their productivity, and they won’t be passionate and committed to supporting your mission. A “wobbly” relationship to your dream clients will scare them off.

If you want your clients to totally trust and rely on you, then you have to make them feel seen and understood, uplifted and treated as someone special.

If you want your team members and business partners to be highly committed and ready to support you and your vision, then you have to give them the feeling that you listen to them and support them.

To cultivate relationships of this caliber requires that you are both: professional and tangible. The way you appear determines how much your clients, team members, and business partners trust you and how true-blue your relationships will become.
